The results are in: customers LOVE Geek Retreat!

Just this month, the Geek Retreat franchise has received the results of its Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. This is a customer service rating survey which has canvassed hundreds of Geek Retreat customers to learn what they think and feel about the brand.

It’s scored from -100 (worst company ever) to +100, with big brands who use the survey, like Apple and Amazon, usually scoring around +70 or so.

Geek Retreat received more than 500 responses and was rated at a whopping +80!
