Taking on a franchise is a big decision. There’s a lot to think about and we won’t put you under any pressure to sign up. A successful franchise is all about partnership. We both need to make sure that we are dealing with the right people who give can give us both the opportunity we need to grow our businesses.

When you are ready to take the next step, here’s what to do:

1. Enquiry

2. Schedule a Call

The next step to finding out if this opportunity is something you’d be interested in looking into further, is to schedule an initial chat with one of our team.

3. Attend a Discovery Day

At this point, we would like to invite you to visit one of our stores so you can see how things work first hand. You’ll also be invited to speak to one of the Head Office or Franchise Success team to learn more about the franchise itself. We can then start to give you all the really important and confidential information that we cannot give you on the phone or by email. It is also the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better, and to make sure that we are both happy with the idea of working together.

4. Review & Assess

If you are ready to proceed, you will pay a deposit and should start looking at sites for your new store. You will also need to start arranging the finances and making sure that you have the resources necessary for the franchise. We will also be carrying out our due diligence checks and assessing you as a franchisee. This is also your opportunity to assess us, and carry out your own due diligence checks.

There is plenty of contact with us at this stage as we help you with your research and planning, but we won’t be putting you under any pressure to sign your final agreement until you are happy to do so – we want you to be absolutely ready to invest in a franchise with Geek Retreat and be comfortable with your decision to move ahead.

5. Make the Commitment

Once all your due diligence has been carried out, and you have sorted out your finances, we can now start to work together in earnest. We can sign a franchise agreement and start putting everything in place for your new franchise, including searching for a site for your store and setting a date to start your training.
